TOWN OF COOPERSTOWN
Notice of Public Budget Hearing
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at 6:30
p.m. at the Town Hall of Cooperstown a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED
2008 BUDGET of the Town of Cooperstown, Manitowoc County, will be
held, pursuant to sec. 65.90 of the Wis. Statutes. The proposed
budget in detail is available for inspection at the three posting
places.
Notice of Special Town Meeting
Notice is hereby given of a special town meeting of the electors of
the Town of Cooperstown, Manitowoc County, on Tuesday, December 11,
2007. This special town meeting will follow the completion of the
Public Hearing on the proposed 2008 Town Budget, which begins at 6:30
p.m. at the Cooperstown Town Hall, 11626 CTH Z. This special town
meeting of the electors is called pursuant to Sec. 60.12 (1)(c) of the
Wis. Statutes by the town board for the following purposes:
1. To adopt the 2007 town tax levy to be paid in 2008 pursuant to
Sec. 60.10(1)(a) of the Wisconsin Statues.
2. To approve the total 2008 highway expenditures pursuant to sec.
81.01(3) of the Wisconsin Statues.
Notice of Special Town Board Meeting
Notice is hereby given of a Special Town Board Meeting of the Town of
Cooperstown. This meeting will follow the PUBLIC HEARING and the
Special Town Meeting December 11, 2007. This meeting is called to
approve the PROPOSED 2008 BUDGET of the Town of Cooperstown, Manitowoc
County, pursuant to sec. 65.90 of the Wis. Statutes.
