STATE OF WISCONSIN Town of Cooperstown Manitowoc County The Town Board of the Town of Cooperstown, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, hereby provides its written notice and an agenda of the close session meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Cooperstown for March 18, 2008 at 7:00 p.m., at Town Hall. The Town Chairperson, or a designee, has provided communication of this close session meeting to the requisite news media and to the local postings. The board will be returning to open session to address agenda items as note following close session. AGENDA I. Call to order. II. Roll call/Quorum call/Verification of public notice and approval of agenda of the town board meeting. Pledge of Allegiance. III. Movement to close session. IV. Discussion and review of employee handbook, contract and wages under Section 19.85 (1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes. V. Adjournment of close session VI. Movement to open session VII. Public hearings and advisory votes 1. Discuss and vote on town employee wages 2. Discuss and vote on town employee handbook 3. Discuss Roadman job description 4. No discussion or action will be taken by the subunit or its members at the town board meeting.
