STATE OF WISCONSIN Town of Cooperstown Manitowoc County The Town Board of the Town of Cooperstown, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, hereby provides its written notice and an agenda of the public meeting of the Town Electors of the Town of Cooperstown for September 24, 2008 at 7 p.m., at Town Hall. The Town Chairperson, or a designee, has provided communication of this public meeting to the requisite news media and to the local newspaper. The public may provide comments to the town board if a period for public comment is noted on the agenda and upon recognition by the presiding officer. AGENDA I. Call to order. II. Roll call/Quorum call/Verification of public notice and approval of agenda of the town electors meeting. Pledge of Allegiance. III. Public comments and suggestions from residents of the town and other persons present. Introduction of guests. IV. Open Forum of Manure Ordinance for the Town of Cooperstown. No action will be taken by the Town Board at this meeting. It is only an informational gathering. The Town Board will take the information and place it on its next monthly meeting agenda as needed. No discussion or action will be taken by the subunit or its members at the town board meeting. Anyone wishing to attend who, because of disability requires special accommodations should contact the Clerk at 863-3261 by 5:00PM the Monday before the meeting so arrangements can be made.
