PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING - December 11, 2007
The Town Board of the Town of Cooperstown, Manitowoc County,
Wisconsin, convened in open session on December 11, 2007 at 6:30 PM at
the Town Hall for the Public Budget Hearing. The meeting was called
to order at 6:30 by Chairman Johnson. Present other than Chairman
Johnson were Sup. Albers, Sup. Lemens, Sup. Havlovitz, Treasurer
Duescher, and Clerk Kornely. 2 other were in attendance. Purpose of
the meeting was to review and answer question on the proposed 2008
Budget.
On a motion by Sup. Lemens and seconded by Sup. Albers adjournment
was approved on a unanimous vote. The meeting adjourned at 6:43 p.m.

SPECIAL TOWN MEETING - December 11, 2007
The Town Board of the Town of Cooperstown, Manitowoc County,
Wisconsin, convened in open session on December 11, 2007 at 6:43 PM at
the Town Hall for the Special Town Meeting. The meeting was called to
order at 6:43 by Chairman Johnson. Present other than Chairman Johnson
were Sup. Albers, Sup. Havlovitz, Sup. Lemens, Treasurer Duescher, and
Clerk Kornely. Two others were in attendance. Purpose of the meeting
of the electors is called pursuant to Sec. 60.12 (1)(c) of the Wis.
Statutes is to adopt the 2007 town tax levy to be paid in 2008
pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) of the Wis. Statutes, to approve the
total 2008 highway expenditures pursuant to Sec. 81.01(3) of the Wis.
Statutes.
On a motion by Sue Kornely and seconded by Laura Lemens to adopt the
2007 town tax levy to be paid in 2008 for $247,294 was approved on a
unanimous vote.
On a motion by Laura Lemens and seconded by Bernadette Duescher to
approve the total 2008 highway expenditures at $275,600 was approved
on a unanimous vote.
On a motion by Sup. Lemens and seconded by Sup. Havlovitz adjournment
was approved on a unanimous vote. The meeting adjourned at 6:46 p.m.

the Town Hall for the Special Town Board Meeting. The meeting was
called to order at 6:46 by Chairman Johnson. Present other than
Chairman Johnson were Sup. Albers, Sup. Havlovitz, Sup. Lemens,
Treasurer Duescher, and Clerk Kornely. Two others were in attendance.
Purpose of the meeting was to approve the 2008 budget.
On a motion by Sup. Lemens and seconded by Sup. Havlovitz the 2008
budget was approved on a unanimous vote.
On a motion by Sup. Albers and seconded by Sup. Havlovitz adjournment
was approved on a unanimous vote. The meeting adjourned at 6:47 p.m.
