SPECIAL MEETING- May 27, 2008 The Town Board of the Town of Cooperstown, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, convened in open session on May 27, 2008 at 5:45 p.m., at Town Hall for the purpose of transacting business as the Town Board. Chairman Johnson called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. Roll Call: Chairman Johnson, Sup. Fred Lemens, Sup. Mike Albers, Sup. Chad Collins, Sup. Richard Duckett, Treasurer Bernadette Duescher, and Clerk Sue Kornely. no residents were present. Dan Kasten, town employee was present. Representative present: John Delmore, Scott Construction Unfinished Business Road Work Bids- Sup Albers read report from road review. Sup. Albers asked question on why 220 ton on Fisherville. Tonnage is movable to other spots based on need. Discussion of roads to chipseal. Road Work Bids- See sheet. Albers to chipseal Pautz Rd (Pleasant to termini), Schley (Cty T to Pleasant), Zander (Cty R to Nachtway), Hidden Valley Rd (Marshek to Zeman), Lakeview (Devils River both ways) 3 yes- Sup. Lemens, Sup. Albers, Sup. Duckett 2 nay-Chair Johnson & Sup. Collins. Procedural motions by members of town board On a motion by Sup. Collins and seconded by Sup.
