TOWN OF COOPERSTOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given of Zoning Public Hearing by Town of
Cooperstown Planning Commission to be held at the Town Hall starting 7
pm, on Monday, June 2nd, 2008. 
Paul & Nancy Rameker are requesting a rezone on 7.2 ac. to A2 from 55
ac. A3 parcel #016-001.00 Located on the SE corner of the property at
the intersection of Marshek Rd and Greenstreet Rd.
An Onsite Review by Planning Commission to precede Public Hearing at
6:15 pm.
Regular monthly meeting to follow.
The agenda for the meeting will be posted in the official notice box,
at Town Hall, the old landfill site, the corner of county highways R &
Z, and on the web site at www.townofcooperstown.com.
