TOWN OF COOPERSTOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given of Zoning Public Hearing by Town of
Cooperstown Planning Commission to be held at the Town Hall starting 7
pm, on Monday October 6th, 2008. 
John and Vicki Kittell are requesting a rezone on 1.13 ac. to A1 from
79.46 ac. A3, parcel #003-025-014-002.00. Located at 13423 Hostak Rd,
Maribel Wi.
An Onsite Review by Planning Commission to precede Public Hearing at
6:30 pm. Written comments will be accepted by the Town Clerk or by
email at townofcoopertown@yahoo.com 
Regular monthly meeting to follow public hearing
The agenda for the regular meeting will be posted in the official
notice box, at Town Hall, the old landfill site, the corner of county
highways R & Z, and on the web site at www.townofcooperstown.com.
