TOWN OF COOPERSTOWN PLAN COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given by the Town of Cooperstown Plan Commission of a public hearing for the rezone request of Eugene and Joan Hartwig starting at 7:00 p.m., Monday, March 5, 2012 at the Maribel Community Center.
The rezone request is for parcels 003-022-015-002.00, 10.94 acres zoned GA and parcel 003-022-015-003.00, 18.84 acres zoned GA to three lots consisting of lot 1, 24.545 acres zone GA, lot 2, 5.00 acres zoned LE and lot 3 zoned RR. Parcels are located on 10924 Hidden Valley Road.
Onsite at property at 6:00 p.m.
