COOPERSTOWN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Meeting called to order by Chmn. Angoli on April 7th at 7:00p.m. at Town Hall Roll Call: Present--Bill Angoli, David Blakeslee, Ross Johnson, Pam Kouba, Fred Lemens ( 3 ) Citizens present Pledge Allegiance Approval of Agenda--Motion by R Johnson 2nd F Lemens carried 5/0 Approval of Minutes--Motion by R Johnson 2nd P Kouba carried 4/1 (F Lemens/nye) PUBLIC INPUT Item 1: Informational and procedures inquiry request from Nancy Kane 16828 Herold Rd Denmark to rezone 5 acres from an 11 acre parcel to A2. Item 2: Informational inquiry from Justin Caine of Maribel Painters, He has a storage building/shop in the old school and wonders what his zoning should be? It was suggested he check with the County Park & Planning and determine the present zoning status and if a conditional use permit is required. NEW BUSINESS ITEM 1. none OLD BUSINESS ITEM 1. Zone Procedure: D Blakeslee expressed concerns with language and content omissions for several selected sections of the draft. F Lemens identified concerns with the Comprehensive Plan section. B Angoli made note and would address. ITEM 2. PC Ordinance: F Lemens presented a rewritten Ordinance from the Town’s Attorney. This will be presented at the April 10th Board meeting for consideration ITEM 3. Sub-division Ordinance: D Blakeslee distributed a Land Division Ordinance draft. Condensed from the Wis.Town’s Assoc. draft Ordinance submitted by J Van Lanen at the March meeting. B Angoli will seek Mr Van Lanen’s commentary. Other Commission Business Correspondence; MCPAC online survey available May 1st.
