COOPERSTOWN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING August 2007 Meeting called to order by at 7:00 pm Aug. 6, 2007 at Town Hall. Roll call: Present--Chairman Bill Angoli, Secretary Dave Blakeslee, Ross Johnson, Pam Kouba, Fred Lemens (1) Citizens in attendance Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Agenda, motion by R. Johnson second by P. Kouba, carried 5/0 Approval of Minutes of July 9, 2007, motion by F. Lemens, second by R. Johnson, carried 5/0 Public Input: Nancy Weber inquired about a zoning change on Clarence Zeman property she purchased. wants to demolish oldest barn and remodel newest barn as residential home on old barn footprint. Zone application forth coming. New Business: Item 1. None Old Business item 1. Rails to Trails discussion to develop a plan for connection to Maribel Caves Park and coordinate with Village of Maribel on information kiosk or shelter. Item 2. Planning Commission Ordinance discussion F. Lemens submitted hand out with suggested changes for review and comment. Item 3. Petition File Index form present for commentary. This form would be used by commission and clerk as check list to assure documentation is complete.
