CLOSED SESSION MEETING December 14, 2010
The Town Board of the Town of Cooperstown, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, convened in closed session on December 14, 2010 at 6:40 p.m., at the Maribel Community Center for the purpose of transacting business as the Town Board.

Chairman Duckett called the meeting to order at 6:40 p.m.

Roll Call: Chair. Richard Duckett, Sup. Nancy Weber, Sup. Fred Lemens, Sup. Bill Enz, and Clerk Sue Kornely. Sup. Skarda arrived at 6:50 pm.

Discussion of Roadman’s compensation and payout of two vacation days if unused by Dec 31st due to bad weather can be paid out in the following year, for the 2011 Roadman’s contract. Current wages: Dan Kasten $20.45, John Rabenhorst $18.57, Nathan Schleis $14.00
Board discussed a $.15 wage increase for Dan Kasten. Roadman’s Contract wage increase and vacation payout will be added to the January monthly meeting agenda.

On a motion by Sup. Enz and seconded by Sup. Lemens, adjournment was approved on a unanimous vote.

The meeting adjourned at 6:59 p.m.
